Wayne Burmaster
President. 1982 - Present
Wayne operates as National Acoustics' President and has been with the company since 1982. With over 38 years of industry experience, Wayne brings a wealth of construction knowledge to the business, its clients and projects. Wayne is actively involved in account management and his recent career highlights include: Bank of America Tower, United Nations General Assembly and the New York Stock Exchange Financial Center. Wayne received his Bachelor of Science - Engineering from Syracuse University in 1982.
Stephen Togher
Executive Vice President. 1996 - Present
Stephen acts as National Acoustics' Executive Vice President. He has been with the company since 1996. With over 37 years of construction experience; which ranges from laborer, to carpenter, to estimator, to super, to project manager; Stephen provides comprehensive industry knowledge to the company. Stephen is in-charge of the Operations Department and oversees the following functions: procurement, inventory management, warehouse organization, millwork/specialties production, transportation logistics, labor workforce, project management, quality control and safety compliance. He is actively involved in operations management, account management and project management. Stephen's recent career highlights include: BSF, Apple® Retail Stores, Point 72, New York Life and NHL.
William Jessop
Chief Financial Officer. 1987 - Present.
Bill serves as National Acoustics' Chief Financial Officer and has been with the company since 1987. With over 32 years of industry experience, Bill offers a healthy balance between construction knowledge and project accounting. Bill is responsible for National Acoustics' accounting and finance disciplines; he oversees the company's contract administration, legal, insurance, information technology, benefits, investment and banking functions. Bill received his Bachelor of Science in Business from Penn State University in 1986. Bill continued his education, in Accounting, at Fairleigh Dickinson University and Rider University.
National Acoustics' teams of educated construction professionals, experienced superintendents, knowledgeable administrative staff and competent estimators oversee all projects and the running of the company as a whole. Our teams approach helps ensure nothing is missed as we bring a project from concept to completion.
Safety
While we are determined to deliver a successful project, we do this with high regard for the health & safety of our staff and those working with us. Our mandatory safety programs & safety staff ensure a secure working environment which is beneficial to all, while collaborating with other contractors & clients for the duration of the project. We believe that safety is everyone’s responsibility, no person is above or below these rules & regulations. To maintain a high level of safety awareness we complete Site Specific Safety Plans, Orientation, Tool-box talks, Equipment & Tool inspections to name just a few.
During the current pandemic, National Acoustics has evolved to meet the current requirements. Our new guidelines are implemented not just for the safety of the National Acoustics family but for all others working in close proximity with us as we do our part to help stop the spread.
Quality Control
National Acoustics utilizes PLEXXIS, a construction management, estimating and accounting system that manages all our proceedures, from estimating to warehouse inventories, this system ensure the highest standard of transparency, quality assurance and quality control for all our clients & customers.
